the game is cooking my cpu????

i tried like very setting possible, played with some nvidia settings, NOTHING works, after some changes i get around 150fps, but after some time it drops to 50-60ish, in both situations my cpu load is maxed out, with 73°c, is there any fix to this poor optimisation or? thanks

my specs: i5-10400f
RTX3060ti 8gb
16gb ram
game on ssd ofc
