The game just crashes

Brother fix your **bleep**ing game like for the past 2 days I had problem with the loading screen thing and that I fixed that it's just 15 minute queues and then game crashes after like 20 seconds

I played this game for 45 hours and I swear more than 20% of that is me trying to get in the game
