The mission is already completed, but nothing happens afterwards

Hi everyone, I’m stuck in the game because of a bug. The mission is already completed but nothing happens afterwards and I can’t trigger any new missions so I’m blocked. Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
