This is in response to the message sent out around not being able to log in

I am writing this as a response to the message sent out in regards to the code when trying to log into the game but not being able to because the account wouldn’t be linked. I have checked this and my Xbox account is linked to my EA account with picture below to confirm this. So what would the EA play test team suggest I do as I am still prompted with the code and unable to get into the game
