This might be the worst release of anything ever....
So going off feedback I have read first hand:
- There is ZERO communication from anyone within the Dev team about issues or help in relation to actually accessing the skate CPT if you have received an access/welcome email but have not been given the app.
- There is no clear line of communication for people to voice their concerns or at least from a community perspective it just looks like an absolute cluster bomb of comments, issues and complaints every few seconds of people who actually don't know how to playtest, follow the feedback protocol etc.
- People are clearly beginning to get fed-up and direct their frustrations due to lack of communications to the discord which they then reroute you to the forums which, you guessed it....there is no response other than people say "just download it bro".
- EA/Skate team for the sake of people's sanity can someone please just put everyone's mind at ease and just be open an honest, I do not mind at all if you have majorly F'd up and have accepted too many people or have not got the ability to roll it out to everyone for at least the next week or two and have to do it in batches but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE COMMUNICATE THIS WITH YOUR FAN BASE!
There are positives from what I have read as well but the major negatives need to be addressed first and access and comms needs to be fixed before in-game problems are looked at it's a clear streamline way of doing things. Also someone made a really good point about your ticket system the other day, is it Jira? Helix? Zoho? whatever it is there must not be any form of categorisation.
Help us help you. I don't mind being told, sorry not happening but tell me that :)
