Tour 3: Express Yourself not starting

Hey, I'm stuck on Express Yourself at step 1: Head to the Vault in Market mile. I go to the indicator and nothing happens. Every time I start the game or end a mission, Singo tells me to go to the indicator and the mission won't start.
