Unable to launch the game

I got the email saying the playtest is back up. I have had access and played it before this update. I uninstalled the game and redownloaded it. i get the error
"Skate CPT is no longer downloadable or playable though the EA app"
i tried rebooting my pc, redownloaded it multiple times, rebooted the EA app, im not sure why its not working.
