Yes, I’ve tried everything. Still not getting the email.. it has been over 24 hrs. and I don’t see any option to contact an advisor?

Try creating a case without signing in. See if the option for chat shows up.

That didn’t work, as you have to sign in in order to view cases and there isn’t an option to create a new case anymore either..

What happens when you fill out the forum here and submit it?

I filled it out last night, it brings me to a screen saying to contact an advisor.. which there’s no option to do. Lots of circling around just for a simple verification email

I think it’s an internal error where I’m just not being sent the verification email at all even after pushing “resend code”
I received a security email from EA back in April with my same account and email address for a different case , but for some reason not getting this one..

After filling out that form you should have a button to open a chat. It's near the bottom of the page. You may have to scroll to it.

Thanks for the assist, and shoutout advisor Arun J 🔥 homie came up with the perfect solution, if anyone else encounters this issue just set up a secondary email and get the code sent to that instead. Cheers 🍻
