Vault Tunnel Fast Travel Point

This is easily the most annoying, frustrating and useless fast travel point in the entire game. Why is it underground? There are no challenges nearby and you have to walk all the way out of the tunnel and back around to above to access the nearest challenges.

Please replace that Fast Travel Point with something more accessible, ABOVE ground.
