My god this might just be the longest tutorial I have ever seen in a game (apart from strategy games).
It's annoying, especially because I played Skate 3, so I know how to play the game, so just like let me skip the **bleep** thing.

I just wrote about this. The tutorial is so freaking horrible, whoever designed it needs to be working on anything else. They either don't play games, hate users, or both.
I agree with this. For some reason people got all fey about curse words, and hand holding constantly, and I will never understand it.
I can't tell whether the missions with the NPCs are their version of a story mode or not, but yeah it feels like one long tutorial. Not to mention the fact that their dialogue repeats over and over after each daily mission if you decide to do anything else other than the linear quests. I thought once you got off the initial island you'd be free of the hand holding, but far from it. 😅
The amount of tutorial missions is almost insulting, in fact, I think all the missions are nearly tutorials.
In the pre-alpha build there were missions showing how to send friend requests, like is that really necessary in this day and age?
