Walking with a PS5 controller on PC forces tuck and Roll

Question

When I plug in my PS5 controller and launch the game on Steam, if I stand for a second at all it forces my character to tuck and roll. I don't have this problem on any other game I play with a controller.

I retested this with an xbox controller and the same thing happens nothing fixes this.
Separately, if I disconnect my controller to switch I lose all input even when the other one gets connected. It recognizes it but I can't press anything. Making me have to close and restart the game.
