As a warning - if you’re unable to unlink from EA right now, you’re screwed. I got to a point where the email needed a password reset and the email was old. This was after deleting EA App data from two linked Xbox accounts through Microsoft.
Spent over an hour providing documentation that I was the owner of this EA account to support and the email was “switched.” As of mid-February they are not unlinking for you anymore, so I now have control over the EA account (with a working email) but two accounts I can’t unlink and am in the same spot.
