Only the Start menu UI is experiencing issues.
Suddenly, only the Start menu UI became see-through or started missing parts. Restarting the PC or reinstalling the game didn't fix it. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms?

I'm having a similar issue (see images)
- Description of the issue: Start Menu horizontal line appears across other Menu screens including and more importantly the map. I'm even able to rotate my character with the right joystick while on the map screen.
- Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue: Whenever accessing the menus. It's not present on the gameplay screen.
- Platform: Steam
- Troubleshooting steps already performed: Restarted PC / Steam / Game several times. Also verified the files integrity on steam several times, see error screenshot. Files reacquired but error persists.
Edit: I've also attempted changing graphics settings (from Fullscreen to borderless and back). Still no effect. - DxDiag(for PC players):
