Where are my songs from my favorites?

I'm really hoping this is just a bug and not a sign of how this game will cycle music. I really liked the music in this game, and some of it I exclusively listened to while playing but when I hopped on after the season 1 release I'm noticing a lot of my songs are whited out. I get that I can just use third party apps for the music but that was never the issue, I could always just play my ideal THPS soundtrack for a nostalgia trip. I genuinely liked the songs I was being introduced to by this game so, again, I really hope this is a bug and not a complication of licensing. Can anyone confirm?
