Where did the Clap and Thumbs Up emojis go?

Sorry, I really should have provided a photo of what I was talking about! I'm talking about the emoji wheel, there used to be 10 in Season 3 at one point, but there's only 8 in the game now. They were nestled between the fire and question mark emojis. There were new clap and thumbsup emojis, but they've been gone for ages, I was just wanting to know why.
