Whitescreen on PC

Everytime I try to start my game it flashes black a few times then goes to a windowed white screen. This has never been an issue in the past and has started happening in the last few days. 

Yesterday I tried "repairing" the game with no luck and uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked again. Started today fine. Got off for an hour and came back and its giving me the white window again. I'm guessing I will have to uninstall and reinstall again to be able to play at all.

The only way I can close the white window is to "End Task" in the task manager
