It’s so ridiculous that every spot that you wanna play in this new game is ruined by somebody who’s trying to edit a ramp in front of the thing you would like to hit. Why can’t this game just be off-line why is everybody EA so stupid what could possibly be so hard about remaking skate three into a better version.
The game being always online was likely a non-negotiable demand in order to get the game greenlit. Maybe some day it will come - it took a year for the final SimCity game to get an offline mode (another EA title)
FWIW I just block anyone who places stuff in a way I find irritating. That automatically disables all the objects they will ever build in a lobby with you ever again. I reckon they could go a step further and make disabled objects only visible in the object dropper, though. Really annoying when a disabled object still has collision and blocks your own objects.
