Why wont my game start up

For some reason everytime I try to start up the game is says there is an issue of some sorts about my gpu.

I have a AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT.

I'd like to wonder if my gpu is compatible with the game or not.

I am aware that Radeon gpu's aren't compatible with skate 3

So is there a way to fix this or in order to play do I need a different gpu?
