Will Playtester Early Access progress transfer to Sept 16th Early Access?

Wondering if progress made in the pre-Sept 16th early access build playtesters were given access to will transfer to the full early access build launch on Sept 16th. Also, if the above is deemed true, will the progress i make on the EA App version transfer to the steam version? (i plan to play on steam only, dont want to use the EA App), i would assume so considering it'll be the same EA account but i dont want to make progress in this early access to early access version and then have to do it all again come Sept 16th.
