Wrong platform for playtest
Hey guys I had signed up for the playtest for console years ago recently, I received an invite to finally join the playtest and there was no console code it was only a pc invite is there anything I could do ?

On July 2nd I got an email with my code for the next wave of playtesting for Skate. At the end it says "Below you will find instructions on how to download and access the playtest on your Xbox, then all directions are for PS5 and PS App. I was in the first playtest on PS5 and do not even own an Xbox. When I enter the code I get the error "The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid" but shows "Skate. Closed Alpha" at the bottom. Looking for anyone at EA that can help me as the EA Chat was unable to. I have added screenshots below of the email having the wrong console then correct instructions as well as the error code.
Please let me get that Xbox code!

The same thing happened to me. I got a pc invite instead of PS5, I even checked myself, and it says my preference is that. I emailed them, hopefully it will be fixed since I don't want to play the pc version.
You sure about that cause I just got a PC code too despite the fact that i have 1) never owned a pc in my life and 2) never set my preferences towards PC playtesting
Hello everyone, I had just received my playtest invite but instead of having instructions for the PS5 which I had originally signed up for, I instead received instructions for the PC version. Is it possible to fix this?
me too, i siogned up for xbox and they gave me a pc code
