Cannot connect to EA nation - Skate 3

Hello,

I have live contacted a game advisor asking why am i getting an EA nation error when i start the game. So we chat for about 2 hours trying to fix it. In the end it stopped once but continued again after. Me and my friends on Xbox 360 are getting the same error, 2 of use purchased the game via Xbox Live Marketplace, the other purchased it via a local shop on disk. But everyone is getting the error, stopping us from playing Skate 3 together.

I have tried the following steps:

• Reset date/time
• The advisor said that my account was properly linked up
• Cleared system cache
• Restarted internet

Is there anything else that I am missing? Because quite frankly I am angry at EA for allowing people to buy their products when 90% of everyone using them are experiencing issues that are not being fixed.

If someone could tell me if I am missing something, I will be very grateful.
