Hi thank you the quick reply, yeah they told me sometimes games you buy come with a country restriction of some kind. So when you move from Mexico to Canada like I did. The market or Xbox might think the game is corrupted. Yes I can download it , but it doesn't show on my games and it appears as corrupted on the hard drive file.

Yes. I have contacted xbox support. they told me to send pictures of what happened.
I got the games installed and downloaded in Mexico. but now I live in the US and they don't work. this is the case for 2 games only, HALO 3 and FIFA 14.
support told me they were going to take this to someone who has more knowledge.
