You might want to try these steps, except for the cache as you've already tried:

If you are having difficulties to connect to skate online service please try the following solutions:

Try re downloading/ re installing the Share pack code for free.
The share pack code is now available for free in the PlayStation Store and Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
Make sure your PSN ID / GamerTag is properly linked to your EA/Origin Account especially if you have recently change your email address.
Directions for adding your PSN or Xbox Live ID to your EA Account can be found here.
Clear your console cache

I tried to do everything that you say, but nothing changed. Besides the link to download the share pack on PSN is not working. After click on the link I always get de message "Page not found"

Could you give another link for PS3 players ?

I really tried to do everything like delete the game and re-instal the game and updates, I cleared de cache and linked my accounts, but nothing works. I still can't connect to play the modes related to teams. Besides that, the link to download the Share Pack on PSN is not working. Could you help ?
