“Verify Your Identity”

I am at my wit’s end here. I’ve played Battlefront 2 on the Xbox for almost 200 hours, and have received a prompt to “verify my identity”. It requires me to input a code sent to my email address. Nothing’s sent.

I go on the EA website to sign in and find a solution, but it’s linked to my brother’s Xbox account for some reason. So I fix that and now have access to my account. The first thing I do is unlink his account, but now I can’t link an Xbox account? But when I try to sign in through an Xbox account, it says it sent a code to my email, the email not linked to my account? I also never received a code for that either. It CAN send emails, it did when I changed my login preferences (I thought turning it on and off would fix it). I just want a code so I can play my game again.

  • This isn’t EA support? I’m sorry, this whole website looks so similar I must’ve got it mixed up. I’ll try my luck there, thank you for telling me.

  • I’ve been having the same problem with this person here,I’ve been coming back to it every couple of months and it will not work so I just leave it for another couple of months because I spend hours getting no where.
