@maximlordstarexactly, that's the point, if you check the posts that appear in this technical issue forum are all about error 721, and any kind of error that related to server problems. so maybe you can wait for a couple of times and try it again, or you can switch the servers inside the game by opening option -> ea account then change the servers to another region, asia server usually is in good condition.

@decimal4000 Maybe you can help me?
When I try to run it (form EPIC, origin or the shortcut) I get two windows with this meassage:
invalid license. reason code = invalid cipher (0x0006)

I tryed a lot of fixes from the forums and google and nothing helps....

Do you have any idea?
