Same problem with me, my gpu usage is at 99%, even in the main menu. When i minimize the game while in full screen mode and then re open it the game crashes. It didn't start doing this until after the latest update.

1440p / 144hz
I've seem to have gotten my temps under control... I don't know what exactly changed except for the small update.
But I also have the same problem with alt-tabbing out of fullscreen too. When I tab back into the game, the screen goes black and eventually crashes. Only once do I remember it actually coming back up properly after alt-tabbing out.
