2 Monitors error

Have you tried running it in regular windowed mode? you can force that by

Right click SWBF2 in Origin > Game Properties > Advanced Launch Option > add -w in Command Line Arguments

I have the same issue as OP.  Windowed is the only setting that works. Changing to borderless crashes the game and changing to fullscreen does nothing.  It simply stays in windowed mode.

I also am not able to make changes to the individual graphics settings.

@ElyElyGunThanks for the reply. I verified that works but still it's not the experience i'm looking for. I would hope for one of my screens to be fullscreen or borderless window and the other one to be "available". Also note that with both screens plugged in the borderless mode   makes the game crash.

@DarkBanishingthank you for the response. I see the kind of test you are aiming. Possibly it's a fix but I have 2 monitors plugged in using HDMI and don't have a cable or converter available at the moment. If possible I'll try this solution on a later date. Still in the beta this worked fine with dual monitors using HDMI.

@wartugaPT555 you can try pressing alt+f11 or alt+enter to make it full screen again

@DarkBanishingUsing a PCI and a HDMI seems to resolve the issue, still it's not the best option. Still gonna mark this as solved and give you the best answer. Thanks

Do both of your screens have built in speakers? If so, I think I know what could have caused this error... 🤔

Sorry for my late reply.

Yes, I noticed that when you connect two screens with built in sound to your PC with HDMI cables, an error may occur due to incompatibility with the sound card drivers. They have a problem with "connecting" to TWO sound devices. Of course, this depends on how the program is set to communicate with the sound drivers on your system.
