2,900 credits not granted after leveling up

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug I leveled up and was rewarded the mega credits (game credits and leveling credits was around 2,900). Then when I came out to the menu it was gone! Super dumb and frustrating

    Exactly the same problem for me on ps4, 3015 credits gone. I would submit a bug report but when I fill in ALL fields and press submit NOTHING HAPPENS. Thanks EA, good job

    Same thing happened to me on PS4 a few hours ago. I contacted EA Support and the representative said she was aware of a sync issue and to wait 24 hours and get back in touch if it hasn’t updated.

    Update: the credits finally showed up 10 hours later.

    Same here. I completed two games of star fighter assault for the last jedi challenge. i got over 20 kills with the fighter class and i levelled up my account. Also i completed a normal challenge. So my game only registered 8 kills so it says 8/60 for the challenge when it should be 20/60 it hasnt registered the two games i completed so it still says 0/5. I didnt get any credits for the games i played and also didnt get the credits for levelling up. The normal challenge i completed says 25/25 yet i cannot claim the reward. something is clearly wrong with the game and ive spent hours trying to resolve it.

    Leveled up from 33 to 34 and said at end of match 3000+ credits and when i went to the menu it was not credited!!

    Same here when leveling up to Level 21 on PC.

    1,500ish credits.

    Restarting the application didn't return the credits.

    Just got to rank 37 3100 credits gone! Very good job ea! Support is not helping either!
