Absent customer support

So, is customer support here a joke? I have been trying to contact a support team member for an hour and have yet to find anything useful. Most of my games have stopped working and I have tried everything to fix them, down to deleting and attempting to reinstall them, which has only caused more problems. I know it isn't a hardware issue because I have done numerous scans for errors and to no avail. I have over $500 of unusable games because this EA and Steam can't get their * together.
