t-21 unlock bug

i have a problem that i have just come back to i reinstalled the game and the bug is still present i have for a couple years had a bug where i have completed the challenge for the t-21 heavy weapon but have not received a crate for the weapon and do not have it as a weapon i can use either i don’t know what the issue is making it unable for me to unlock it
