Account Banned

That's awesome, unfortunately I was banned from my account for no good reason whatsoever and now I cannot play this game anymore. I had 1000's of dollars worth of games on my account and have been with EA over 16 years. I've been trying to get help with it and just no response. This is beyond frustrating to say the least and nobody will help me.

    I'm afraid we're unable to review account actions on the forums or provide a specific update or timeframe, however I do see the case you've re-created within the past couple days was sent back up to have our Terms of Service team take another look at the situation. 

    Sorry to hear this has taken a bit longer than usual, but it is in the right place to be addressed. Please keep an eye out on your email for an update from the ToS team and thanks for the patience while this is being checked into further.

    Yea the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone made a new case to forward to them even though it was a duplicate of the one I created. Really sorry to be bothering you guys with all this, just really wish I was able to login to my account again and play my games. There was just a simple mistake made and its been corrected and won't happen again. Thanks again for your time and understanding and support.

    @JixXxer Amazing that EA can ban someone by mistake but won't lift a finger to someone who has been reported for cheating with in game proof attached again and again for years

    Oh, they won't lift a finger correcting me being banned out of my entire account I have thousands of dollars worth of product I've paid for, over the past 16 years. I went to the BBB and Consumer Rights Division and filed complaints and left reviews. It's going over 2 weeks now and I'm still perma banned from my entire account I have 3 dozen titles on. Every title costing me at least $60+.

    Not that I could help with your problem, but I'm curious, were you trying to do a charge back through your bank account?

    It's been resolved, 2.5 weeks later. This was due to the punishment not fitting the "crime." If it's such a major crime to ask for a refund for a product that was completely slaughtered by a bunch of people who have absolutely no idea what they're doing, then I was guilty of that major life changing crime. I can completely understand a company being a little upset when someone returns a product, only every company on the planet deals with it, oh but not EA, you try returning a product to EA and they will attempt to end your life, by PERMA BANNING YOUR 20 YEAR OLD ACCOUNT! I think whoever wrote those Terms of Service needs to get their head checked. Did you all know in Europe and other countries they have stronger Consumer protection laws where companies like EA cannot just permanently ban you from your entire account and hold it hostage? I mean I can understand doing that if I hack and cheat literally every game I own, and ruin other peoples gaming, but I don't!

    Now, life goes on, moving forward to the future now I will be very reluctant to purchase future titles from EA for this exact reason I've mentioned. Hopefully in the future gaming apps will start working more like movie streaming apps, where you just subscribe for $4.99-$9.99 a month to have access to all titles that are currently released, not just half the titles, ALL the titles, especially if most games coming out these days are half-assed, which they are, that's not an opinion, that's a fact. I'm old enough to know how games used to be. Anyways, I'm over all of this. I appreciate everyone's concern here.

    @JixXxer This is so EA, I thought you were hacking, cheating or something like that, but this is total BS.
