Account Banned
That's awesome, unfortunately I was banned from my account for no good reason whatsoever and now I cannot play this game anymore. I had 1000's of dollars worth of games on my account and have been with EA over 16 years. I've been trying to get help with it and just no response. This is beyond frustrating to say the least and nobody will help me.

I'm afraid we're unable to review account actions on the forums or provide a specific update or timeframe, however I do see the case you've re-created within the past couple days was sent back up to have our Terms of Service team take another look at the situation.
Sorry to hear this has taken a bit longer than usual, but it is in the right place to be addressed. Please keep an eye out on your email for an update from the ToS team and thanks for the patience while this is being checked into further.
