Account Compromised
I recently found out that my account was compromised when I tried playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 on my PS5. I went through my emails (image below).
I have tried many times to get EA to return my account, but they simply mark the case as “resolved” and move on, with no follow-up and no further questions.
The account I am using to write this is for PC gaming, as the email that was linked to my PSN was removed.
I have a pre-existing case (#218363620) which has been open for several days. When I checked it this evening for a follow-up, it was marked “resolved” without any actual follow-up from staff.
At this stage, waiting for agents and hoping they will get back to me is not something I can depend on. They simply press “resolved” and move on without actually doing anything to help.
