Account Desync

I recently logged back into my Battlefront 2 and my entire account is desynced and refuses to resync. As shown in the attachment, my character level is accurate but the game isn't recognizing the character levels. Some of my account purchases are also showing that I have an emote or skin equipped but it is staring I don't own them anymore. 

How do I fix this? 

EA support was useless as always

  • @DarthFDG This, in fact, did not yield any solution. I have to fully restart the system as the Desync between console generations with a link to a EA account caused something EA support could not help with, or simply did not want to help with. I reached out many times, and they said there was nothing they could do.

  • I had this happen to me a couple times in the past and I just needed to go reconfigure all the cards. If that doesn't work for you...

    I've seen EA suggest clearing your cache (on your console) to resolve this.

    If that doesn't work, you can try reinstalling the game.

  • Sadly none of that worked. Even a complete factory reset of the console wiping everything didn't work. 

  • @Bigscraps Even though my characters are above level 50, it is saying they are level one for the equip cards

    OK. Then, EA support may be your best path forward (believe it or not). They may have to do something to your account.
