Battlefront 2 region issues
Hi, I’m from Colombia and I’m having an issue with the Battlefront 2 servers. When I try to play online, the only region available to select is Australia, even though I’m in Latin America. This gives me a very high ping (around 270ms) and I can’t find any matches, since there are almost no players in that region. I already tried changing the region manually in the settings, but the game won’t let me pick anything else—it always defaults to Australia.
Can't enter windowed mode
I can not start or switch this and several other titles I have through EA Play Pro in windowed mode. I have tried: Opening the properties trough the EA Launcher Library Browser providing the arguments: -w, - w, --w, -windowed, - windowed I have tried opening the Desktop Shortcut for Battlefront 2 and tried the following arguments in the target: -w, - w, --w, -windowed, - windowed I have opened the EA Launcher with Admin privileges I have opened the EA Launcher without Admin privileges I have opened the The Battlefront 2 with Admin privileges I have opened the The Battlefront 2 without Admin privileges I have experienced this problem with Knights of The Old Republic and Empire at war, as well as non Star Wars titles I have through EA Play Pro.
Star Wars Battlefront 2, wont launch.
Hi, i've been owning this game for a long time but haven't played for a very very long time. Went to download it again via EA, and noticed i also have the ''Celebration Edition Upgrade'' for battlefront 2 wich is ofc nice. When i then go to launch the game up it automaticly opens up my Epic Games launcher, but dont open up anything else just the menu for epic games. Went back to EA and its just paused on ''Launching game'', but wont launch the game. I dont have any Star Wars games on Epic games so its just werid its also opens that up. Anybody else with a fix or similar problem? -Dani
Lost all progress - my pre order content is now locked
Sorry if this has been asked a lot with all the returning players recently but I can't seem to find anything online with regards to this issue recently. So should point out; I got this game on disc for PS4. It was the deluxe version, which came with the Rey and Kylo Ren skins; basically all the pre-order bonuses. I got the celebration upgrade when it came out. Recently I wanted to play the game again on my PS5; however I didn't have my old disc so I bought a pre owned copy which was just the standard version of the game. I should point out I did play the game on my ps5 in 2022 with no issues. I've installed the game and it looks like all my progress is gone. Visually I could see my old levels for troopers and heroes but I couldn't edit any of the star cards and the card were all the grey tier and they should have all been the purple tier. As soon as started playing anything it was just set my starcard level back to 0, and all the cards and guns I had equipped from when I last played are just gone. My overall career level is just set to 0 too. I've now noticed the pre-order skins are locked. And all my milestone progresses are all reset to zero. Anything that was unlocked by milestones are locked again. Example is, I had the Kenobi emote for Maul and it's even equipped in the wheel from when I last played the game but it doesn't do anything if I try to use in game. Other examples is the farmboy Luke and Princess Leia skins are locked. And the easter egg skin for Rey are all locked again. I even relaunched the game back on PS4 and my pre order skins were equipable but all the levels were the same as on PS5 and as soon I opened a game everything locked again. Is there anyway to fix this? I've obviously tried restarting the game and the console and uploading the old PS4 data from the ps plus cloud storage and no fix. EA please restore the content I *paid* for...
Petition to nerf Iden, phasma, chewie and lando stuns.
Sorry to say but these stuns are the most annoying and bs moves in the game they are near to unblockable and dodge able some are easier than others but the iden stun is the most egregious offender. Being able to have an unblockable stun that locks you in play for 0.9 seconds then when you block after she can just grenade you to death if you blast at her she can just shield no matter what you do she is covered on everything. Its not fun its annoying and unbalanced. I dont care that the game has been almost completely lost support but this needs to happen or the game will die again.Battlefront II broken after using Gamepass
I bought Battlefront II on Epic Games during the summer sale and about a month later, I bought Xbox Gamepass. After 2 months I cancelled it but now my battlefront two wont work? I tried uninstalling and resetting cache, everything under the sun. Nothing works. I have receipts I bought it and I was wondering if anyone else has the same issues as I do.
