Hello ! SWBFII was recently free on Epic game, so i decided to install it and link my EA account to my origin and epic account. Unfortunaly, the progression didn't sync :c. Is it normal, or if not, is there a way to fix it ? Thanks !

It looks like you previously played Battlefront II on Xbox One and you're just not seeing that progress on the PC version you got from the Epic Games launcher, right?
If that's the case, this is actually normal. Currently there is no cross-progression for Battlefront II, so that progress is separate and cannot be transferred between the different platforms.
