Account problem

Hello! Yesterday I decided to download Battlefront 2 and play a bit! The game said that you can't log in because you have to change your password, this has happened about 21 times already. I contacted EA support, who told me to reset my password, it happened again, nothing changed! If I try to enter the EA site with PSN, it also asks for a reset! If I manually enter my EA account and want to connect it to my PS, it says that it is not possible because it is already connected by email 1e*****@disabled.ea.com! Can someone help me how to solve it so that I can play online? Thanks!

    Hey @Atehand,

    It looks like the problem is that your PlayStation is already linked to an old, disabled EA account, and not the one that you're currently using. That's not something we can help with here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they should be able to help you relink your PlayStation to your active EA account.

    You can also try reactivating the account by resetting the password that was originally on the account, but if you don't remember that (Or if you're certain you do but it's still not working) then I'd recommend going the live support route.
