Account reset all levels and challenges/unlocks

I've already opened up multiple cases with EA regarding my Star Wars battlefront 2 account being basically reset to a fresh account, however without there being enough complaints of this they suppose...

Yeah but as per the mod above apparently not an issue. Many weeks later and still no update from EA on a fix.

If you are referring to my reply:

a) I am not a moderator.

b) I didn't say it's not an issue. I said it's odd that EA Help is saying the development team should fix it. It sounds like an account issue.
