After recent update game will not launch

After this most recent update for rise of Skywalker I can not open the game, when i try too i just get a black screen. Is anyone else having this problem and if so do you know of a fix thank you

This should now be resolved with an update that was released. Can you make sure the update is downloaded and try playing again? Thanks!

@EA_Aljo Still doesn't work for me, after hotfix it still freezes on helmets picture and then crashes after 4 minutes.

        @Montogro 

        Have you tried repairing the game through Origin? Right click on the Battlefront 2 tile and choose repair. Let me know if that helps or not.
