AI Not Using Melee Offline & No AI First Order Jump Troopers

They need to reimplement these. The melee just needed to be tweaked so they get staggered and aren’t boxing champs who just beat you to death. Something like the Arcade AI melee seems to work fine. They could practically copy it.
