All keyboard and mouse inputs stop working for a few seconds.

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:PC
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug All keyboard and mouse controls stop working mid-game for a few seconds.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Brickguin
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? Everyday
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) All day
In what game mode did the bug occur? Capital Supremacy
What is your time zone? AGT (BET) - GMT - 3:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? All keyboard and mouse controls stop working mid-game (movement stops, weapons don't shoot, can't look around)
What do you expect to see?
Please select your region South America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

This is really annoying and is ruining the game for me. Please tell me if this is a bug or an issue with my PC. I started playing BF2 again and I found that all controls stop working for a few seconds during match (it happens multiple times during games). Please help 🙂

    @cemplonmoe you need to make sure you can see hidden files.

    But latest version of origin should have solved this.

  • There is currently an issue with Origin that can cause you to tabb out. @Brickguin 

    Try these steps and see if that helps: 

    1: Check in task manager whether all origin processes are shut down.

    2: Delete: "C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\Licence" and "C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Appdata\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Services\Licence"

    3: Restart your game.

    Hello I'm having the same issue but I can't seem to find ProgramData folder

    Could you try to turn on "Participate in Origin technical previews" and see if that help @TOASTATA123 

    Its under Origin > Application Settings.
