All Levels display as zero in game and I can't level up

My levels are all normal in the menu but when I'm in a game they're all zero, even the enemy players' levels display as zero (At least for me). This doesn't seem like a progress reset since all the star cards I had are still there, but being unable to level up is annoying as I was literally in the middle of leveling up all my heroes lol.

    There was something going on with some servers yesterday. This seems to be resolved. If not, please repost.

    Today I've been trying to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 but when I play my characters levels are back to 0 and I've worked hard for them. And I keep getting a error code 2396. I know people had this problem back in 2018 but I wasn't playing online with this game back then so I didn't have this problem but now I do. So if someone could please help me and tell what to do, I would really appreciate it
