I've seen this happen to multiple people over the years. I suggest you search this forum, as their are multiple posts that may help.

Nothing worked, all my levels were gone. So I just said * it and started from the bottom. I eventually got frustrated again on what I lost and decided to never touch the game again, never buying another EA product again.
