ALL progress reset on ps4 version.

I have played on again, off again for years. Most of which were on my ps5.

Yesterday when I downloaded the game again. I noticed that ALL of my progress reset. Cards, levels, everything reverted back to level 1...is there any way to fix this??

You got all your progress on PS5 and now you're trying to play (assuming with the same account) on a PS4?

@DarthFDG Same I last played 2021 and when look at my character in the main menu its show the right level but when Im in the game it’s level 1
