Already contacted support and did everything they said, no fix at all i have never had this problem with any game in my life.

Contact them again and ask for it to be escalated, I wouldn't get off the chat or phone with them until it's resolved haha :P

What is causing this though? like i don't understand why the whole game just resets every time i launch it.
Also the support is disgusting had next to none EA is a bloody joke! can't even get on chat anymore to them and when i try to get a call it says only Canada and USA numbers? so i can't
think i will just refund and now i know to stay away from EA games.
