Hey, @lFrezZzl all cards are part of the settings folder in your document folder for SWBF2. Try removing the document folder and start the game up and see if it helps. It will remove any settings and saved progression on single player and arcade.

when i restarded game there is no new folder ..

Hey, @lFrezZzl so something is stopping SWBF2 creating a new folder for you.
I recommend doing a clean boot to see if that works. If there any programs messing with SWBf2 making that folder./Atic
- 7 years agostill not working .. and this problem only with star wars bf2 .. with another games like bf1 or bf3 0 problems ☹️

It sounds like a Windows permission issue. Someone or something have messed with either Battlefronts, Origins or your document folder's permissions.
Try manually making sure Origin and Battlefront start as administrator and that they have the normal write permissions.
