I think the error message is very clear. You need to download and install the latest driver version for your graphics card. Yours is from January 2017, which is too old.
Without knowing what your graphics card is, I can't link to the exact driver version you need. You can start looking here: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download

You could try the automatic installer. This detects what graphics card you have and will install the right software for it:
If that doesn't work somehow, try the following:1. Open the program 'AMD settings'. You can use the search bar in Windows to find it. (You may also find it by right clicking somewhere on your desktop background.)
2. Click on 'New Update' in the bottom.
3. Click on 'New' and 'Update Now'.
Reinstalled windows, game, nothing solved, It's an Radeon hd 6850 ++OC, I can run any game from 2017, But they think that my gpu can't handle this game. Nice EA. and they won't give my money back . I want my money back.
