I received an response from AMD Support. Here is what they had to say.

This issue may occur if GPU is taking more time than permitted to display graphics to your monitor or if the TDR setting is set to low. Delaying the TDR time will resolve the issue.
I would suggest you refer the below links and try the Timeout Detection and Recovery suggestion provided in the thread which have resolved the issue for many users.

And try performing clean boot of the OS and check if you are still getting the error.

I am going to try these this weekend. I will report back if this does fix the issue. I see a lot of people having the same Freezing and crashing problem. Maybe this is the answer.
