It is likely your machine does not meet the requirements for this game. Can you generate and then post your Dxdiag report here so we can take a look:

Can you guys use the following driver uninstall utility after downloading the most recent drivers for your hardware/OS combination.

Clean uninstall utility: https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
