Battlefront II shows available soon 2017 in ea app

my xbox account is linked to my ea account and i have xbox game pass ultimate which includes ea play

but in the ea app the game shows available soon 2017 instead of being available to install or play and because of this i cannot access or install it through the ea app also the on xbox app on pc crashes immediately when i open the game page for this game

i already tried restarting both apps signing out and back in and checking account linking and deleting cashe and all that stuff> i really dont know what to do now> can someone pleases help?

    I am dealing with this issue too. I talked with EA Live Help Service for hours, they tryed everything but it didnt solved. In final they said this is a known issue and patch will come. So this is probably wont be solved. And the problem is licence recognize i guess.

    hey... i just wanted to give u an update... in the picture thats attached in the op theres a "manage" button... i just pressed it and was able to download the game... idk how idk what happened but thats what i did and now im playing the game lol

    This is funny because it happened to me too. A few days after writing that answer, I contacted an authorized Xbox service center, they said they would look into it, and two days later, when I clicked on "manage" on the game's page, I saw the "add to library" option, I added it, and downloaded it. Before that, the "add to library" option wasn't there. This is really messed up, i probably dealed the customer service  for days both xbox and ea lmao.
