Arcade “Hope Cannot Save Them” Tier 3 impossible to complete

How do you complete this arcade mission? The Rebels are like Mr. Magoo. No matter how much firing I do to attract their attention, they can’t seem to find you. And they don’t engage you, so you have to engage them. I keep running out of time. This is insane!

I tried that countless times, but they don’t come down into the tunnel in great enough numbers for you to get the kills before the time runs out. It turns out that changed since the patch. Now, you have to run up to the connecting corridor between the hangars, and they’ll swarm you up there. Once I tried that, I got it in three attempts finally. Got that sweet Han Solo Smuggler skin! I’ve been trying to finish this particular scenario for weeks! 😁👍🏻

Go down to the little alley to which they can drop down through the hatch, and can also come in from the two side stairways. Go to the far end from the hatch, approx. where the alley takes a turn (so you'll have some extra cover if needed), camp down there, and wait with your first kill until there are a lot of them down there, the counter only starts then. Occasionally, they will attack from behind, so keep an eye on that, but this was the easiest way for me.

Ah, sorry, didn't know that, I finished these fairly early and talked only from memory. I'm happy you figured it out anyway!

Recent AI update made the npcs not engage as easily. Making this one loads harder give it a shot now

Yeah I got it. I found a video on YouTube from the last week or so that showed me where to go where they the NPCs will spawn and engage you more readily. It took me three tries, but I got it, thanks.
